  • 1 cup Silk, any flavor except chocolate
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup frozen banana (see Tip)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • Topping suggestions: goji berries, chia seeds, fresh berries, pumpkin seeds, granola

  1. Combine all ingredients except toppings in a blender and process until smooth. Sprinkle with toppings.
  • Tip: Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing.
