A twist on a holiday classic. These sweet potatoes are made with Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend and contain 30% fewer calories and 60% less sugar than the full-sugar version.

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon molasses

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1" cubes, place in a baking dish.
  3. Brown butter in a saucepan. Use low to medium heat while stirring to avoid burning.
  4. Turn off heat; add Truvia® Cane Sugar Blend, pumpkin pie spice and molasses to browned butter. Stir until combined.
  5. Add evenly on top of potatoes.
  6. Bake covered for 1 hour, stir.
  7. Bake uncovered for another 10-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
