  • Grease the bowl of a 3-quart slow cooker.

  • Cut apples into 1-inch pieces and toss them in a large bowl with the Truvia® Brown Sugar Blend, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice to coat.

  • Stir in the oats and transfer this mixture to the slow cooker.

  • Whisk together the milk, eggs and water until smooth then pour it over the apple mixture.

  • Cook on low for about 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

Maybe it was the steel oats i used. had a box of irish steel oats but this was awful. it was only in the slow cooker for 2 hours and it had dried out. sorry it was not good Read More
