Buttermilk-Sage Mashed Potatoes
Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a large saucepan fitted with a steamer basket. Add potatoes, cover and steam until tender, about 15 minutes.Advertisement
Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl. Add buttermilk, butter, sage, salt and pepper. Mash to desired consistency.
