  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches
  • ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • ½ cup diced avocado
  • ¼ cup silken tofu
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped almonds
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds

  1. Combine peaches, coconut milk beverage, avocado, tofu, maple syrup and matcha in a blender. Puree until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with blueberries, almonds, coconut and hemp seeds.
