Cranberry-Apple Smoothie

“This riff on a classic fruit juice combines sweet apples with tart cranberries for a healthy, fiber-filled smoothie.”

Ingredients

    • 1 medium sweet apple, such as Honeycrisp, chopped
    • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    • ½ cup frozen cranberries
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions

  • 1 Combine apple, yogurt, cranberries, water, honey and cinnamon, if using, in a blender. Puree until smooth. Garnish with more cinnamon, if desired.
