Ingredients

    • ½ cup nonfat cottage cheese
    • ½ cup canned diced pears, packed in 100% juice
    • 4 chopped walnut halves, toasted if desired

Directions

  • 1 Layer cottage cheese, pears and walnuts into a serving dish or container with a lid.
