“This healthy fruit smoothie recipe is best in the summer when watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew are ripe and sweet. Avocado adds creaminess in this vegan smoothie.”

Ingredients

    • ½ cup chopped watermelon
    • ½ cup chopped ripe cantaloupe
    • ½ cup chopped ripe honeydew melon
    • ¼ cup diced avocado
    • 6 ice cubes
    • Squeeze of lime juice

Directions

  • 1 Combine watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, avocado, ice and lime juice in a blender. Puree until smooth.
