Who says you can't have pie for breakfast? Oats, vanilla, peaches and blueberries come together for a healthy and easy fruit smoothie recipe reminiscent of a favorite summer dessert.

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen peach slices
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Combine yogurt, almond milk, blueberries, peaches, oats, honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla in a blender. Puree until smooth.

I thought it was OK. To make it good, I had to add a little banana and vanilla.

I would give this a zero if I could. The addition of the oats made this chalky and the texture made this an absolute failure
