My first time to eat Tofu On the Lose It website so many talk about eating Tofu. I bought some yesterday and came to Eating Well to see how to use it. Tofu sounded horrible to me but it was so delicious. The texture was good and the salsa gave it just enough seasoning. Pros: So good! Read More

Bland I tried this out today. What I did was add the olive oil then the tofu. It took a while for it to get brown. Then I decided to add a few veggies and finally the salsa pepper and salt. Overall the tofu had a bit of flavor due to the salsa. If you are use to lots of flavor then this is not for you or you need to add a bit more salsa salt and pepper to your liking. Taste as you go!
