Baking time too long
My biggest gripe is that the baking time calls for 50-60 minutes, but after 30, mine were already overbaked, turning brown and not tasting as good as they should have. The other annoying thing was that the stems didn't stay up as well as I would've liked.
I'll think they will still work for looks, but I won't recommend eating them.
Pros: The recipe is simple enough
Cons: Overbaked my meringues following the directions
