A definite make-again meal!
This meal was incredible! Quick and easy, and full of flavor. The sauce is delicious and simple to prepare. The next time we make this, we will cover the chicken at the simmer stage. Without a lid, the chicken only reached 160 F after 35 minutes. Once we covered it, it only took 6 minutes to reach 180 F. We served this with asparagus steamed with fresh lemon slices and Italian seasoning, a dinner salad with Italian dressing and a baguette slice. Dee-lish!
Pros: Relatively easy, lots of flavor
Cons: Instructions could be better, chicken should be covered
