  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2-3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

  1. Wash and dry strawberries. Hull and slice berries, place in a bowl and toss with sugar to taste. Sprinkle with vinegar to taste. Let stand for 20 minutes.

Delicious! These were absolutely delicious served over angel food cake! Will definitely be making this again and again. Such a tasty, simple, and inventive way to use fresh strawberries. Pros: Easy, fresh, tasty Cons: None
