A good start
The flavors in this recipe are great. However, I did make a couple changes. I found that the pasta salad was a bit dry after I let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour. Besides, I prefer my pasta salad to be a bit creamy, so I added a couple big dollops of light mayo. I also finished off my container of feta into the pasta salad just before serving. With those two slight changes, it made this a great dish, and an awesome way to use the leftover chicken I made the night before.
Pros: Good flavors, great use of leftover chicken
Cons: Kind of dry
