Make your own flavored yogurt with fresh fruit and a touch of honey to cut down on added sugars. This healthy snack recipe is flavored with raspberries, but you can use any berries you have on hand.

  • ¼ cup raspberries, divided
  • ⅓ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated dark chocolate

  1. Mash 2 tablespoons raspberries with yogurt and honey. Top with the remaining 2 tablespoons raspberries and a sprinkle of chocolate.
