My husband and son loved this as a side dish because of all the great spice. Will definitely be making it again. Super easy to make too.

So tasty! I made this as an appetizer when some family was visiting. Very simple to do and everyone raved about it. I served it with celery and ranch dip made with the ranch seasoning packet and Greek yogurt dressing (only 20 cal for 2 tbsp) which was perfect. Will def be making again.

The flavor was good. Next time I will roast the cauliflower longer and add some cornstarch or something to thicken the sauce and make it cling a little better. It was too thin.

I just added this recipe to my favorites so I remember to make it again for the big game! It's such a yummy way to eat vegetables and get all that buffalo flavor and dipping fun. Plus, it's really easy to make.
