  • 1 diagonal slice baguette ( ¼ inch thick), preferably whole-wheat
  • 1 slice prosciutto
  • ¼ cup arugula
  • 1½ tablespoons grated Pecorino cheese ( ⅓ ounce)

  1. Toast bread. Top with prosciutto, arugula and cheese. Heat in toaster oven (or broil) to melt the cheese, if desired.
