2 12-ounce bottles hard apple cider
¾ cup Calvados or other apple brandy
1 red or green apple, chopped
1 firm ripe plum, sliced
1½ cups chilled plain seltzer
1Combine hard cider, brandy, apple and plum in a large pitcher. Refrigerate until cold, about 4 hours. Just before serving, stir in seltzer. Serve over ice.
Make Ahead Tip: Refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Stir in seltzer just before serving.
