This brightly flavored, healthy orzo pasta salad recipe is a bright, refreshing and easy side dish to pair with chicken or lamb. Great served warm, room temperature or cold, this healthy pasta salad recipe is also delicious when made with quinoa instead of orzo.

Easy, Healthy & Tasty This has become one of my very favorite recipes. I used vegetable orzo (because I had that already). It uses ingredients you probably already have in your house. I like it warm or room temperature - it seems to have a fuller taste then. Pros: quick and easy to make, can take left overs for lunch
