In this healthy bruschetta recipe, the big, bold, salty, tangy flavor of blue cheese makes an unexpected but utterly delicious match with sweet juicy strawberries. This bruschetta recipe makes a quick, easy appetizer and is so pretty topped with chopped green chives. Source: EatingWell Magazine, May/June 2013

Easy and Delicious! Although getting good strawberries at Christmas may be difficult since there is a little added sugar I'm not sure it really matters. I sliced them very thin and layered on top of the blue cheese/cream cheese mixture and with the chives on top it looked very festive. This was very easy to make and both the bruschetta and and cheese mixture can be made ahead and then quickly assembled. I highly recommend it. Pros: Very easy to make. Read More
