Delicious and open a new world of possibilities for me!
It was just delicious! but most of all I got myself to try new combinations using also milk, almond milk, yogurt and all you can imagine. I discovered that tofu in milkshapes goes great with grapes, mangoes, bannanas, peaches, and even a silken tofu frapuccino!
Pros: carbs, fiber, protein and great flavor!
Cons: high in sugar (if not choosen wisely)
