Excellent Side Dish
Everyone in the family really enjoyed this wonderful vegetable medley!. Very easy to make and a great alternative to our usual boring steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. Adds a very beautiful and healthy looking presentation to the dinner table. Since I had more vegetables, I needed more marinate, so I added some of the juice from the olives and WOW...that really made the flavor pop.
Pros: Great way to get children to eat their vegetables
Cons: Kalamata olives can be a little expensive
