This was not what I was expecting. It was very bland, and as much as I like my carbs, the beans did not go well with the whole wheat bread I used. Instead of salsa, I used freshly sliced tomatoes; perhaps that was part of the problem. Were I to make this again I would add a little spice to the beans (cumin and chile powder) and use a spicy salsa instead of (or in addition to) the tomato.
Pros: Quick, healthy
