Fast, nutritious, low points and delicious!
I am on Weight Watchers and was so greatful to find a fast, filling, and tasty low points breakfast that I can make quickly and without a lot of fuss. I used refrigerated preseasoned diced potatoes with steak flavor, so it was extremely flavorful. I also used preshredded cheese, so it was no fuss!
Pros: Easy, Fast, Healthy, Tasty
Cons: Frozen spinach annoying to break up in microwave
