“Try your favorite oils and vinegars in this simple vinaigrette salad dressing.”

Ingredients

    • ⅔ cup extra-virgin olive oil
    • ½ cup red-wine vinegar
    • 1½ teaspoons finely chopped garlic
    • 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
    • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  • 1 Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic and mustard in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
