  • Place tortilla on a plate and spread pizza sauce over it. Top with an even layer of spinach and sprinkle cheese on top. Microwave on High until the cheese is just melted, about 45 seconds. Carefully roll the tortilla up. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing into pieces, if desired.

Excellent! I love these! I don't even melt the cheese. Mix the ingredients cut in half and take it to work. It really is very filling there's a great balance of nutrition in it. I may also add turkey pepperoni next time. One very important thing... don't use bottled pizza sauce. It doesn't taste very good. Look up Exquisite Pizza Sauce on All Recipes and mix it yourself it's easy cheap at tastes 10x better. Read More
