  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup frozen berries, or peaches
  • ¼ cup silken tofu
  • Sugar or honey to taste

  1. Combine orange juice, berries (or peaches), tofu and sugar (or honey) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
