These are SO good! A couple notes:
-I chopped the dates as recommended by another reviewer and I agree that it helps grind everything sooner
-I used raw honey and Grand Marnier for the liquer
-If you are going to use nuts to roll the balls in, I would chop them very finely, almost ground, so they stick better.
-I used a #60 scooper (1T size) and it made 22 balls which brings the calorie count down to about 75 kcal each.
