Ingredients

    • ½ avocado, diced
    • ½ cup thawed frozen corn kernels
    • 1 plum tomato, chopped
    • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • Lime juice, to taste
    • Salt, to taste

Directions

  • 1 Combine avocado, corn, tomato and cilantro in a small bowl. Add lime juice and salt to taste.
