I've only ever made this with chicken, as my family and boyfriend are not a huge fan of pork, and when I first told them I was going to make it for dinner, they were very skeptical .. I swapped the cider for plain apple juice, and used white vinegar, and my family absolutely loved it, and now get excited every time I say I'm going to make, which is brilliant for me, because my boyfriend is so fussy with his food. Plus it's so simple, and so quick to make, it's great from when I get home from uni and can't be bothered. I've already shared this recipe with all my friends.
