Both my husband and I really enjoyed this , BUT with the following changes as suggested by some of the comments -
Had no carrots or mushrooms, so just didn't use them.
Cut onion into small pieces, didn't use processor at all.
Reduced thyme to just a couple shakes.
Replaced water with broth.
Added a small can of tomato paste.
Used plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Didn't really need flour, probably because I didn't use all the water.
Added a few extra spices ...paprika, garlic salt.
Now with these changes...would definitely make again.
