Coffee lovers will love the addition of Kahlua; Frangelico adds a lovely hazelnut note.

  • 3/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 3/4 cup strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua, or Frangelico
  • 3 cups ice
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • Shaved chocolate, for garnish

  1. Combine milk and coffee in a blender. Add Kahlua (or Frangelico), ice and sugar. Puree until frothy. Divide among 4 glasses and garnish with shaved chocolate.
  2. Non-alcoholic variation: Omit the alcohol and add 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.

I am confused I am definately going to try this, but this recipe is under mocktails. Now I may be confused or misreading something, but I do not think you can use this recipe in this category. But it does look good and I will try it. Pros: Looks wonderful and will try it Cons: It is listed as a Mocktail - no alcohol = what is Kahlua or Francelica
