  • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 3 strips orange zest
  • 1/2 cup orange, juice
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups oil-cured olives
