I pretty much followed the recipe, but throw in some dried chilli, as the frying stage. I chopped my potatoes, up quite small, so they cooked faster. I also didn't put my fish in until everything was cooked and blended, then I added it and let it cook. I also didn't use any corn starch, it was really thick and I really didn't need it. In fact I ended up adding a little extra milk. It tasted great and I will make again for sure, but double everything.
Pros: Didn't really make enough for 4 people, think the recipe needs to be doubled
Cons: Very quick and easy.
