  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
