Even if I wasn't watching calories, I'd still drink this! The drink is very rich and delicious! It took no time to make and satisfied my chocolate craving which is difficult to do. I'm watching my calorie intake so having a chocolate snack can really wrack up the calories and this treat will satisfy a craving without ruining your day. Pros: Rich and creamy and VERY chocolatey! Cons: I would like to drink more! Ha

Rich and delicious I loved the rich chocolately flavour and thick texture of this drink. 1/3 cup was more than enough to satisfy me, and I have a ridiculous sweet/chocolate tooth. Will make again for sure! Pros: 98 cals, easy chocolate fix

Delicious, thank you Wonderful - thank you. I've been looking for a recipe to do a homemade version of the go-weak-at-the-knees hot chocolate we can get her at the ice cream parlors. I love it with a pinch of cinnamon and chilli.

I definitely can't believe its only 98 calories. However, a dash of vanilla extract, cinnamon, or grated orange peel adds some subtle flavor.

Love this South Euro-style hot chocolate. So satisfying. Just keep simmering gently until it thickens--it eventually will, just give it enough time. I always add a curl or two of fresh orange peel (without pith) while the milk warms up--the hint of orange oil is a delicious addition and totally natural. You could also add 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract.

This was OK. I had no issues getting mine think and creamy like the picture. I constantly whisked and right before boiling I could see it was getting thick so I kept going until it got almost pudding texture. I loved the texture and how warm it was but for me it was not sweet enough. I added some Splenda packs but it was still bitter tasting. If you are not a real sweet tooth like me you will love this.

This makes a hot cocoa that's a lot like drinking hot pudding. Texture is good, but I think it could use a dash of salt or a little vanilla extract to round out the flavor.

I just finished a serving of this. I thought it was a great chocolate fix for a few calories. I 1/2ed the recipe as I didn't have enough cocoa on hand. Found if you add more cornstarch it makes it thicker more like pudding yummy! Although that probably changes the calorie content?

I just finished drinking this: I thought it was alright. It really was not as thick as it says it is and looks NOTHING like the picture.
