Party Perfect! We made this last New Years. It was so well received, the crowd requested a second batch and we had to scramble to find enough ingredients to make it again! I often play with recipes but in this case I would not change a thing. Party perfect! Pros: Easy cocktail to assemble, even in the middle of party chaos. Cons: Pomegranate juice can be difficult to find in stores

I really enjoyed this drink. I tried it with both brut and sweeter champagne and agree that the sweeter champagne is much better.

We thought this was okay, didn't love it. I used a brut champagne. Maybe a sweeter champagne would be better.
