To enhance the flavor, try adding a couple cloves of roasted garlic. To roast garlic, use the entire bulb and cut off -+ inch of the top of the garlic. Brush olive oil over top of garlic and wrap in foil prepared with cooking spray. Bake for 30 GÇô 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
I used 2 mashed gloves of the roasted garlic mixed with the spinach and it was great!
The roasted garlic adds about 1 calorie and less than -+ g of fat to each appetizer.
Also, each appetizer is 0.30 Weight Watcher points. Great party snack!
