I love this! It's my new favorite anytime meal - breakfast, snack or dinner. I always add a banana and it's so satisfying and filling, I don't need to eat anything else with it.

I thought this recipe was amazing and so easy! With it's low calories and great taste, I would eat this healthy recipe any day. I thought that it was super convenient. My schedule is tight and I have to leave at 6 am in the morning. It takes me longer to eat a bowl of cereal than make this. You saved my life Peanut Butter- Cinnamon English Muffin. I suggest this!
