  • Stir blueberries, honey, lemon zest and juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to maintain a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes; serve warm.

Tasty as crepe filling I liked this. I wanted a blueberry sauce to go with fruit crepes. I didn't measure the lemon zest or juice and just used the half lemon I had left. Love it! I have made this 3 times now and enjoy it every time.
