This sound delicious, but, sorrym this is no cheesecake, and won't ever be, you should think of a different name....

It's alright, but it is a bit small and it is just like a cookie you want another and another because it is not filling enough. It was a cute idea maybe for a party, but it just isn't filling enough for my taste.

it's delicous as a snack! and cream cheese is perfect if you don't have ricotta. I ran out of ricotta so i tried cream cheese it's just as good!
