absolutely breaktaking. its really delicious. its light great for a diet and it reminds me of some type of pie or something with a side of icecream all by just adding the grilled peach:
I would recommend to skin the peach and cook it down until soft. It can be really difficult to eat and not cooked enough and will melt the icecream quick while you fight to get the peach out of the skin. skin it and grill til soft then scoop out ice cream.. coconut optional just delicious without.

This is very easy and yummy. You can use plums also... It is very easy to slice or halve a peach if you use a knife.
