Easy to make even without a grill. I simply threw it on my cast iron pan and it worked wonderfully! As for the frozen yogurt I ended up using Halo Top's Vanilla Bean ice cream instead a lot less calories. Will be making again! Read More

absolutely breaktaking. its really delicious. its light great for a diet and it reminds me of some type of pie or something with a side of icecream all by just adding the grilled peach: I would recommend to skin the peach and cook it down until soft. It can be really difficult to eat and not cooked enough and will melt the icecream quick while you fight to get the peach out of the skin. skin it and grill til soft then scoop out ice cream.. coconut optional just delicious without.
