Sooooo good This tasty recipe is sooooo good! The taste just satisfies your taste buds. The best thing about it is that it is healthy!!!! This recipe is so good i even put it in one of my school assignments as a recommendation. Pros: Healthy, delicious, satisfying and enjoyable

Delicious Treat This is a fabulous recipe, because you don't have to break the bank or your stomach, as it satisfies the sweet-tooth. It is absolutely fantastic and kids also love it. It is easy to make - anyone can prepare it or eat it. Yummy, easy recipe. Pros: delicious, kids like it, easy to make, affordable

Needs Healthy Fat to Absorb Nutrients When you eat a fat free snack or meal you waste a lot of fat soluble vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Add some healthy fat !

well i have to say this is the best recipe i have ever tasted i dont really like parfaits but this was completely different i eat this every morning and i feel and look great i have lost 2 stone in 2 weeks and the weight just keeps dropping ! thankyou i recommend this to everyone. it not the same old same old recipe you usually see thankyou.

Bad measurements Why did you weigh the measurment of yoghurt in ounces and take the measuremtn of fruit in millilitres, it should be the other way round considering yughurt is a liquid? Pros: Tasty, Healthy

yum tried this recipe but added a freshly sliced peach on the side instead for that peach flavor, it was very good n this recipe is very good as well Pros: great original recipe, great flavor combo Cons: plain nonfat greek yogurt works better
