I have made these for several parties. Omit the honey. Add a sprig of mint and people are amazed at the combination!

Not a party favorite I thought these sounded delicious, so I made them for my Christmas party. No one touched them! I encouraged people to try them and no one came back for more. Too bad bc I thought they sounded perfect! Pros: easy to make, inexpensive Cons: no one ate them

A different twish I have made these appetizers many times and have used goat cheese with chopped fresh basil instead of the blue cheese & nuts. Either way, they are easy to make & a nice different treat on the appetizer tray.

Try fresh apricots Yummy, fresh tasting appetizer, they were a huge hit at my last party. I have made them with both dried and fresh apricots and prefer fresh if they are in season and available.

The BEST place to find these apricots is Trader Joe's. They also have great cheeses and nuts to choose from. If you love to entertain and don't have a Trader Joe's near you, my suggestion is...MOVE! PnkPnthr

These are great finger foods for a party. I just wish I could find apricots that are as pretty and orange as the ones in the picture! Brittany, Philadelphia, PA
