A different twish I have made these appetizers many times and have used goat cheese with chopped fresh basil instead of the blue cheese & nuts. Either way they are easy to make & a nice different treat on the appetizer tray. Read More

I adore this recipe! I've been taking it to potluck events with rave reviews. Variations are easy--top with blue cheese or a fresh goat cheese. Add a mint leaf--yum! Try chopped almonds instead of pistachios--whatever you have on hand! Read More
