  • ¼ teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 16 radish slices
  • 2 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
  • Dill sprigs, for garnish

  1. Combine sour cream and dill in a small bowl. Top each radish slice with salmon, a dollop of the dill sour cream and a sprig of fresh dill.

Got Rave Comments at my Party! Smoked Salmon Tartare got Ohs! and Ahs! on the colorful presentation. More once they tasted it! A Favorite of of men and women. Pros: Beautiful presentation. Crunchy, smokey and cool all at once. Only 6 cal. each! Super easy. Cons: Take time to find the larger radishes
