Raspberries & Mangoes

“Toasted almonds add texture to a simple combination of raspberries and mango.”

Ingredients

    • 1 cup raspberries
    • 1 cup diced mango
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • ¼ cup toasted sliced almonds, (see Tip)

Directions

  • 1 Toss raspberries and mango with sugar. Sprinkle with almonds before serving.
  • Tip: To toast sliced almonds, place in a small dry skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant and lightly browned, 2 to 4 minutes.
