Strawberry-Mango Margarita Compote

Mangoes and strawberries make a magical marriage. Splashes of tequila, Triple Sec and lime add a subtle kick to the mix. For a nonalcoholic or kid-friendly version, substitute fresh orange juice for the tequila and Triple Sec.

Yum! Loved the recipe! I might have added a little more tequila than it called for, but it was absolutely delicious! NOM!

Wonderful! Light and refreshing...especially on a hot summer day. I substituted fresh peaches when mangoes were not available.

Yummy! I made it for a taco night with the girl friends. Used Grand Marnier instead of triple sec. So fresh and delicious. I think next time I might serve it with the Lemon Cream recipe (with lime instead of lemon zest).
