Based on reviews and recommendations, I added more curry paste and more veggies (mushroom, broccoli, beans, onion) to this recipe and used Fish Sauce. I increased the Curry sauce by 50% to accommodate the additional veggies. I loved it! Next time I might add a little more spice with a hotter curry paste.
